Williams Case Notice

Attention Parents and Guardians:

California Education Code Section 35186(f) authorizes the filing of complaints with the school principal concerning the following:

  1. There should be sufficient textbooks and instructional materials. That means each pupil, including ELL learners, must have a textbook or instructional materials, or both, to use in the class and to take home to complete required homework assignments.
  2. School facilities must be clean, safe, and maintained in good repair. Good repair means that the facility is maintained in a manner that assures that it is clean, safe and functional as determined by the Office of Public School Construction.

If you do not think these requirements are being met, you may obtain a Williams Uniform Complaint form at this school’s office, the district office, located at 950 West “D” Street, Ontario, California, or downloaded from the District Website by clicking the link above.  You may also download a copy of the California Department of Education code from the following Web Site:

English: http://www.cde.ca.gov/eo/ce/wc/noticeenglish.asp
Spanish: http://www.cde.ca.gov/eo/ce/wc/noticespanish.asp

To file a complaint regarding the above matters, the complaint should be filed with the school principal in the school’s office.
