The OMSD BTSA (Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment) Induction Program is committed to providing participating teachers with high-quality professional development and support to assist them in meeting the requirements necessary to obtain a Professional Clear Teaching Credential.

We have refined our program to ensure a strong alignment between the BTSA Program requirements and our district instructional initiatives.  We want to ensure our newest teachers experience learning in a supportive setting that challenges their thinking and creates excitement in the classroom leading to high levels of student achievement.
